Bao Tran-Phu

Bao Tran-Phu has a diverse work experience history. They began their career at Duke University School of Medicine, where they conducted neuroscience research from 2010 to 2011. They then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2013 as an Associate/Consultant and were later promoted to the post-MBA Consultant level. During their time at BCG, they participated in the Associate Abroad program, spending a year in Amsterdam and London. In 2018, Bao Tran-Phu joined JetBlue Airways, specifically working with JetBlue Travel Products until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at BCG as a Project Leader. Currently, Bao Tran-Phu is the Senior Director of Analytics at MillerKnoll, where they oversee teams responsible for business intelligence, reporting, strategic analytics, and customer analytics.

Bao Tran-Phu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School. Prior to that, Bao earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics with a minor in Neuroscience from Duke University.
