Cahri Laura Leo McIpd

Laura Leo MCIPD, CAHRI has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura has held various positions in different companies throughout their career. From 2004 to 2005, Laura worked as an HR Policy Assistant at Torbay Council. Laura then moved on to become a Senior L & D Coordinator at the same company from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, Laura joined Foster + Partners as a Senior HR Officer and remained in that role until 2009 when they were promoted to Associate (Deputy Head of HR) within the company. In 2013, they joined Mind Australia as their HR & Workforce Development Manager, a role they held until 2015. Following this, Laura worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Radius | Global Growth Experts from 2015 until January 2018. Currently, Laura is the Head of International Talent at MillerKnoll since 2018.

Laura Leo MCIPD, CAHRI completed their BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management at the University of Hertfordshire from 2002 to 2006. In 2013, they pursued a course on Implement Operational Plan at Swinburne University in Australia. Continuing their education, Laura obtained a Diploma in Work Health and Safety from the National Safety Council of Australia in 2014.
