George Liang

George Liang has a solid work experience in the IT field. George started their career as an IT Supervisor at Foxconn from July 2001 to September 2007. George then joined NeoPhotonics as an Information System Manager from September 2007 to July 2010. George gradually advanced within the company, taking on roles such as Global Application Development Director from August 2010 to June 2015 and Senior IT Director from June 2015 to August 2017. Afterwards, they moved to Herman Miller as an IT Director in various regions, including EMEA & APAC from May 2020 to August 2021. Currently, they work as the VP of Enterprise Applications - International & Group Brands at MillerKnoll since August 2021. George has extensive experience in developing and implementing IT applications globally and has demonstrated the ability to provide IT solutions for business growth.

George Liang completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, in 2015, they participated in a short-term exchange program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, acquiring specialized knowledge in Operations Management and Financial Analysis.
