Graham Barnard has had diverse work experience throughout their career. Grahm began their journey as a Project Controls Intern at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in 2013, followed by an internship at Algae Systems, LLC in 2014. At Algae Systems, they worked on conceptualization, design, and execution of infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on harvesting algae and improving system design flaws.

In 2016, Graham worked as a Structural Engineer at Craft | Engineering Studio, where they contributed to various structural projects. The following year, they joined UrbanUmbrella as the Director of Product Development, where they played a key role in overseeing the company's product development initiatives until 2021.
