John Erickson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. In 2003, they attended the Career Discovery Program at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, focusing on Architecture. Recently, in 2019, John achieved certification as a Brand Leadership specialist from Level C.
