Katy Donofrio

Katy Donofrio has over seven years of experience in human resources. Katy currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at MillerKnoll since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Polaris Inc. from April 2021 to August 2021. Katy also held various roles at Trane Technologies, including Senior HR Business Partner from March 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from April 2018 to March 2020. Katy also gained experience as a Human Resource Business Partner, HR Generalist, and participated in an Accelerated Development Program during their time at Ingersoll Rand.

Katy Donofrio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Communication Science & Rhetorical Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2006. Katy then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2012 to 2014.
