R.J. Stelter has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. R.J. started their career as a Marketing Intern at Workstage, LLC in 2002, where they presented marketing updates to dealers and brokers. R.J. then worked as a Sales Representative at LearningWorks from 2003 to 2004, where they traveled across the country making presentations to distributors and customers.

In 2004, they joined CDW Corporation as a Corporate Account Manager, building and managing relationships with 300 accounts nationwide. R.J. was later promoted to the Medium-Large Division, where they worked with over 100 larger accounts and consistently grew their accounts month over month. R.J. also took on the role of Senior Organizational Capability Specialist/Senior Instructor at CDW Corporation, responsible for onboarding new sales coworkers, creating e-learnings, and coaching new instructors.

From 2009 to 2012, R.J. Stelter worked as a Sales Operations Supervisor at CDW, where they supervised a $250M team focusing on Northern California and addressed operational issues. R.J. also participated in various sales operations task forces and mentored new supervisors.

Since 2012, they have been working at Herman Miller, starting as the National Sales Director for Small and Medium Business.
