Samanta Melo-Ingraldi

Samanta Melo-Ingraldi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samanta started their career as a Field Operations Associate at Russell Marketing Research in 2014, where they managed key clients and conducted research projects. In 2016, they joined Concertex as a Customer Service Representative, handling customer inquiries and managing logistics for shipments. Samanta was later promoted to Senior Account Manager, where they focused on sales and cross-sales to book new projects and coordinated logistics for shipments. In 2019, they joined MillerKnoll as an Account Manager - Contract Operations, where they independently managed operational activities, built and managed relationships with clients and internal departments, and handled product specifications and pricing information.

Samanta Melo-Ingraldi earned their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Bergen Community College from 2006 to 2007.
