Stephan Woessmann

Stephan Woessmann began their work experience in 1999 as a Software Developer at Baan, where they were responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP software. Stephan also focused on fine-tuning performance and addressing parallel processing software defects. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at SSA Global, first as a Product Support Consultant and then as a Senior Technical Support Consultant, providing assistance to customers with their SSA Baan ERP and SSA PLM software installations. At Stoncor Group, from 2006 to 2008, they served as a Senior Baan Developer, analyzing user requirements and developing software solutions for Infor BaanIV systems and integrations. Stephan also provided end-user support and training. From 2008 to the present, they worked at RPM Performance Coatings Group, Inc. as the Manager of ERP Development. In this role, they managed a team of software engineers responsible for comprehensive solutions within the company's Infor BaanIV & LN ERP systems and integrations, ensuring their effective operation. Most recently, since 2019, they joined MillerKnoll as an IT Developer Architect.

Stephan Woessmann obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Paderborn University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Stephan then pursued further education at Western Michigan University, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from 1997 to 1999.
