Stephanie Reaume has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Stephanie worked at MillerKnoll from 2018 to the present, holding various roles including Continuous Improvement Lead 3, Continuous Improvement Lead 2, and Continuous Improvement Lead - Development. In these positions, they utilized MKPS tools to improve productivity, cost, safety, and quality while collaborating with work team leaders and facilitators. Stephanie also coached new facilitators and actively participated in improvement practices and implementations.
