Stephanie Reaume

Stephanie Reaume has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Stephanie worked at MillerKnoll from 2018 to the present, holding various roles including Continuous Improvement Lead 3, Continuous Improvement Lead 2, and Continuous Improvement Lead - Development. In these positions, they utilized MKPS tools to improve productivity, cost, safety, and quality while collaborating with work team leaders and facilitators. Stephanie also coached new facilitators and actively participated in improvement practices and implementations. Prior to MillerKnoll, Stephanie worked at Herman Miller from 2017 to 2018 as a Facilitator and Manufacturing Associate, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Additionally, they had an earlier role as a Teacher Assistant at Lakeshore Little Peoples Place Inc from 2011 to 2016, where they provided care and assistance to children from various age groups.

Stephanie Reaume attended West Ottawa High School Campus from 2008 to 2012, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Stephanie later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baker College online, from 2016 to 2018.
