Tracee Bruce

Tracee Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracee currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager, Healthcare Strategic Accounts at MillerKnoll since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Herman Miller from 2018 to 2022, where they served as a Fellow - CEO Action for Racial Equity, leading a team and successfully pitching a solution idea addressing systemic racism. Tracee also held the role of Sales Operations Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making and supporting the healthcare sales team. Before that, Tracee worked at Family Futures in 2018 as an Interim Chief of Staff/ Communications Manager, overseeing various organizational activities. Additionally, they worked at Leidos/ Lockheed Martin in support of the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention from 2009 to 2017, managing a $7 billion national supply program. Tracee also has experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager at House Of Hope Atlanta from 2013 to 2015, and as a National Marketing Coordinator at Starbucks from 2006 to 2009. Tracee began their career at Charter Communications as a West MI Sales & Marketing Coordinator from 2001 to 2006.

Tracee Bruce attended Grand Valley State University from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
