Viktor Zubrickas has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Viktor started their career as an Industrial Designer at mixMotion, where they collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to create engaging live experiences. Viktor then worked as an Industrial Designer at Protagon, specializing in point-of-purchase displays for major retail brands.

Viktor later transitioned into the marketing field, working as a Marketing Coordinator at Crystal Fountains, where they managed customer engagement and demand generation for the global sales team. Viktor also owned and managed their own business, 6ix Republic Clothing Co., where they served as Sales and Marketing Manager, prospecting and creating marketing strategies to support channel sales.

In 2017, Viktor joined DB Schenker as a Logistics Coordinator for the Commonwealth Games, successfully overseeing the transport of sports equipment and luggage for over 6,000 athletes. Viktor then moved on to Mayhew Inc. as a Business Development Specialist, generating over $1 million of qualified pipeline in their first year by prospecting and presenting Mayhew's services to prospective clients.

Viktor's next role was at Herman Miller, where they served as a Business Development Manager and later as a Territory Manager. In these positions, they developed and executed marketing strategies to support sales and dealer partners, achieving strong sales results even during a pandemic year.

Most recently, Viktor has joined MillerKnoll as a Client Development Executive. In this role, they act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and dealer partners for Commercial Real Estate partnerships. Viktor has successfully achieved 155% of their sales goal in FY23 and has developed and executed marketing strategies to support sales and dealer partners in utilizing Commercial Real Estate Alliance programs.

Viktor Zubrickas attended Humber College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Design Foundations and Building Technology Certificate (Honours). Viktor then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Industrial Design at Humber College from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Viktor also completed coursework in User Experience Design at Bitmaker Labs.
