Zuleika Oquendo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zuleika started their career as a Chemist at KEMRON Environmental Services in July 2012 before moving on to The Woodbridge Group as a Process Engineer in September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for daily process operations and focused on continuous improvement and reduction of scrap and variation using Lean Manufacturing methodology.

In 2014, Zuleika joined Hussmann as a Manufacturing Engineer Sr, where they worked until August 2019. During this time, they utilized their engineering skills to contribute to the manufacturing process.

From August 2019 to June 2022, Zuleika worked at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer. Here, they used their expertise to drive improvements in processes and increase efficiency.

Currently, Zuleika Oquendo is the Operations Manager naughtone Americas at MillerKnoll, a position they have held since June 2022. In this role, they oversee operations and ensures smooth functioning of the Americas division.

Zuleika Oquendo, SSBB, has a strong educational background. In 2003, they began their academic journey at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Zuleika successfully completed their studies in 2008.

After their undergraduate studies, Zuleika attended the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. From 2008 to 2012, they focused on Chemical Engineering and earned their Bachelor of Science degree.

With a desire to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Zuleika pursued a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Leadership from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology. This program enabled their to gain valuable insights and expertise in the field. Zuleika successfully completed their master's studies in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Zuleika also obtained two notable certifications. In 2015, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA-Training.com.

Through their educational qualifications and certifications, Zuleika Oquendo, SSBB, has built a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise in the areas of Manufacturing Leadership, Chemical Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and General Industry Safety and Health.
