Christy Hawksworth

Christy Hawksworth joined Millfield in January 2009 as Head of HR. Her previous experience was in Investment Banking within Global firms, where she worked her way to HR Manager. She worked across South Africa, Sydney, Mauritius, London and Dublin on people strategy, partnering the Directors within the Treasury and Equities departments.

She has B.Soc Sci. Honours in Development Planning and a Post Graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.
