Thierry Viatge

Thierry Viatge possesses extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as the Catering General Manager at Millfield School since April 2021. Prior to this role, Thierry was the General Manager at Eton College Dorney Lake from December 2016 to March 2021, a renowned venue that hosted the 2012 Olympic Games in rowing and has since transformed into a premier conference and events location. Previous positions include General Manager at Chartridge Conference Centres from November 2007 to October 2016, General Manager at Wyck Hill House Hotel in 2006-2007, and various management roles at IHG between 1993 and 2005. Thierry began a career in hospitality as an F&B Manager at Coral Beach & Tennis Club in Bermuda from 1989 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Hospitality from Collège de France.
