Caleb Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2023, they will be working as the Chief Operating Officer at Kettl. Before that, starting in 2019, Caleb was a Co-Founder at Milli Mylk, where they played a key role in conceptualizing, building, and launching a direct-to-consumer beverage company. Caleb also oversaw all operations and successfully scaled the business to nationwide sales.

From 2018 to 2019, Caleb worked as the VP of Strategic Initiatives at Dr Smood Group. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Joe Coffee Company, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Quality.

Caleb has also pursued freelance photography, with assignments at The New York Times, Village Voice Media, and the Center for New York City Affairs. Caleb was commissioned as a photographer for The Global Oneness Project, where they produced a photo essay titled "Belief" that is now used as a lesson plan and has been licensed to PBS. Additionally, Caleb served as an Artist in Residence at The Center for Photography at Woodstock.

Caleb Ferguson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from The New School, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in March 2023.
