Chiara Baldassarre

Chiara Baldassarre has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chiara currently serves as the Chapter Leader at Bocconi Alumni Community Miami, where they successfully increased the member base and alumni engagement. In addition, they have organized cross-alumni network events and enhanced the chapter's brand awareness in Florida and the US. Chiara also worked at Millicom as the Head of Value Capture/Strategy/Business Development. Chiara has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at BAA Luxembourg ASBL. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior, specializing in Private Equity & Venture Capital. Chiara has also gained experience in the financial sector, working as a Fixed-Income Specialist at Euroclear and as a Business Development Analyst at Constellium. Chiara began their career as a Financial Analyst intern at ÇETİNKAYA GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.

Chiara Baldassarre began their education in 2007 at Università Bocconi, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management in 2010. In 2009, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Koç University. Chiara then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Management and Consulting from Università Bocconi in 2012. In 2011, they attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne for a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology. In 2015, they obtained an Executive Education Certification in Management Concentration from Boulder Institute of Microfinance, focusing on Microfinance-related skills such as MFIs performance analysis, valuation, and operational risk management. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, Chiara pursued two separate Executive Education Online Certificates from The Wharton School, one in Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies, and another in 2022 in Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets.
