Ariel Lau

Ariel Lau has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Ariel is the Co-Founder and Global Head Counsellor at Millie Group, where they provide academic mentoring and university guidance services to international school students. Ariel has assisted numerous high school students in achieving their higher education goals, including placements in prestigious institutions such as Oxbridge and Ivy League universities. Prior to this role, Ariel also served as the Deputy Director at SFK Education Limited, overseeing and setting up new kindergarten campuses in China. Ariel has experience in license application, staff recruitment, marketing and promotion, and day-to-day operations of the kindergartens. Previously, Ariel worked as a Universities Guidance Counsellor at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong, where they provided guidance to over 100 students per year level. Ariel organized seminars, university visits, and events to assist students in finding suitable university destinations. Ariel also served as the College Counselling Office Supervisor at Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School, where they organized workshops and meetings to support students in their college applications.

Ariel Lau attended Cornell University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong, where they studied under the International Baccalaureate program.
