Currently serving as Chief Inspector and Quality Control Manager at Million Air since July 2016, Shawn has held multiple roles including Director of Maintenance and Aircraft Inspector within the same company. Previously, Shawn worked as Director of Maintenance at Tidal Aviation and held the position of Aviation Maintenance Manager at Mid America Aircraft Services. The career began as an Aircraft Mechanic and Shop Foreman at TRI-STATE AERO. Shawn's education includes studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Aviation and Electronics School of America, Ivy Tech Community College, and Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2006.

Million Air Indianapolis is a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) that is owned and operated within the Million Air FBO group. The Million Air Indianapolis facility provides various aviation support services, including fueling, storage, and numerous ground services to general aviation, fractional fleet and commercial customers. Million Air Indianapolis isone of only two FBO operators at the Indianapolis International Airport and benefits from a newly constructed FBO facility, over 57,000 square feet of FBO and hangar storage space, and a long-term ground lease with the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
