Marcia Raphael has an extensive background in the insurance and human resources sectors, currently serving as a Professional Insurance Advisor at Avanza Capital since April 2008. As an active member of MDRT since January 2016, Marcia has demonstrated commitment to professional excellence in the insurance industry. Additionally, Marcia is the Director of ZIse Seguros, a role held concurrently since April 2008. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Plantronics from June 2003 to April 2008, focusing on indirect personnel recruitment and stock administration. Marcia holds a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
