Kate Silva

Kate Silva has over three decades of work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, focusing primarily on quality management and control. Kate'scareer includes roles such as Head of Quality Services, Head of Quality Management Systems and Audits, Senior Director of Quality Control, and Associate Director of QC in companies like MilliporeSigma, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they held positions in research and laboratory management at 3M, 3M Pharmaceuticals, Part Three Corporation, and Incstar.

Kate Silva holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in ACS Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Kate also completed additional certifications in "Embracing Unexpected Change" and "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in 2020.
