Marja Kuronen

Marja Kuronen began their work experience in 2001 at Open Management HR Oy, where they worked as an Assistant and later as an Administration and Finance Specialist. Marja also completed a Master Thesis Project during this time. In 2003, they joined Sandvik and held various roles, including HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, and ultimately HR Manager. In 2012, they joined Millog Oy as an Employee Relations Manager and later became the Vice President of Human Resources. Marja also served on the Executive Board and as a member of Patria Group. Marja Kuronen's work experience showcases their extensive knowledge and experience in human resources.

Marja Kuronen completed their Matriculation Examination at Pieksämäen lukio from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Tampere from 1998 to 2003, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Leadership. In terms of additional certifications, Marja obtained a Cut-e Certification from cut-e an Aon company in October 2018 and obtained SHL OPQ, MQ, Verify Certifications from CEB, now Gartner, in June 2016.
