Luiz Henrique Yoshio Aoki is an Engineering Manager at Mills since June 2016, where responsibilities include optimizing engineering team deliveries and ensuring a safe environment for idea implementation. Previously, as an Engineering Coordinator, Luiz led the development of suppliers and products, managing localization processes using project management tools. With experience as a Product Engineer at GE Oil & Gas, Luiz developed a new wellhead system that reduced material costs by 50% and ensured on-time delivery for the PLEM-LULA equipment. Earlier roles included CAE Engineer at Applus IDIADA, where Luiz created technical reports and validated models, significantly reducing costs. Luiz holds an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq, alongside a previous MBA in Products and Services Engineering and Management from USP, and is pursuing a specialization in Oil and Gas Engineering.
