Mark North serves as a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial division at Mills Oakley since October 2023, with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and governance legal services across various industries including professional services, health, technology, transport, and manufacturing. Mark has held leadership roles such as Chairman of the ACT Advisory Board for the National Heart Foundation of Australia and was previously the Chairman and Director of the Corporate and Commercial Law section at Chamberlains Law Firm. Additional relevant roles include being the Chairman of the JDRF ACT State Leadership Group and mentoring law students at the Australian National University. Mark's background encompasses diverse business law practices, including corporate governance, business acquisitions, and intellectual property. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws from The Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the NSW College of Law.
