Shelton Vance

Shelton Vance possesses extensive experience in financial and administrative roles, currently serving as Controller at Marmon IEI Trilogy since February 2024 and as an Adjunct Professor at Millsaps College since January 2016. Previous positions include Director of Accounting at Trilogy Communications Inc. (July 2022 - February 2024), County Administrator and Comptroller for Madison County (February 2012 - June 2022), Sr. Advisor to the Commissioner for Discovery at the MS Department of Revenue (January 2011 - February 2012), and Audit & Compliance Director at the Mississippi State Tax Commission (2004 - 2010). Earlier in the career, Shelton Vance worked as a Medicaid Auditor at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi in 1989. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi (1988 - 1990) and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from East Central Community College (1986 - 1987).
