Shaun Willshire

Shaun Willshire is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, programme management, and training. Currently serving as an Assessor for Shared Services Connected Ltd since March 2018 and as a Director at Charlie One MP Ltd since December 2015, Shaun also holds the role of Programme & Safeguarding Manager at Growing Against Violence (GAV) since July 2015. Additionally, Shaun contributes to the match day security team at Millwall Football Club since January 2014, where responsibilities include enforcing ejections and expulsions. Previously, Shaun worked as a Deputy Operations & Finance Manager at Growing Against Gangs & Violence, overseeing service delivery in schools across London and managing finances. Shaun's earlier experience with the Metropolitan Police from 1980 to 2013 includes roles as a Chief Inspector and leadership trainer, along with facilitating gang awareness sessions for children. Shaun's educational background includes attending Preston Comprehensive School from 1973 to 1979.
