Aaron Gill

SVP & Director, Credit Administration at Millyard Bank

Aaron Gill is the current Director of Credit Administration at Millyard Bank. Prior to their current position, Aaron served as the Assistant Vice President- Retail Banking Administrator at Lake Sunapee Bank, a division of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. In this role, they were responsible for administering various retail banking functions and programs. Aaron also provided support in the day-to-day management of the Bank's retail branch system, ensuring consistent, competent and efficient operations throughout all branch offices. In addition, Aaron acted as a representative of the bank in the planning, negotiating, purchasing, research and implementation of all Retail Banking software programs.

Before their time at Lake Sunapee Bank, Aaron served on the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Community Services from September 2010 to September 2017. St. Joseph Community Services is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization that provides hot nutritious meals to the elderly and homebound disabled throughout Hillsborough County. During their time on the Board, Aaron helped the organization serve over 10.9 million meals to a frail and often isolated population.

Aaron has dedicated their career to helping others and ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need. Aaron is a passionate advocate for those who are often forgotten or overlooked in society, and they will continue to fight for their rights and needs in their current role at Millyard Bank.

Aaron Gill attended the Leadership Greater Nashua program and the Northern New England School of Banking. Aaron then went on to study at Salem State University, where they earned a degree in social work.

They are on a team with Christina Ladue - Director, Business Banking, Michael Noble - CFO, and Mary Jane Ricker - Chief Lending Officer. Aaron Gill reports to G. Frank Teas, President & CEO.
