Thomas Skelton

Thomas Skelton is an experienced engineering and manufacturing professional, currently serving as Contract Manufacturing Manager at Milo's Tea Company, Inc. since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing processes and project engineering. Prior to this, Thomas held multiple roles at WestRock Company from December 2018 to June 2020, including Power and Recovery Production Supervisor and Mechanical Reliability Engineer, where key contributions involved supervising mill operations, maintaining safety standards, and implementing maintenance best practices. Thomas began their career as a Mechanical Reliability Engineer Co-op at WestRock Company from May 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included equipment evaluation and vendor management. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, further building upon studies completed at Shelton State Community College.
