Domenick Chieco possesses extensive experience in the construction and consulting industry, currently serving as Co-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner, Senior Vice President at Milrose Consultants since January 1989. Milrose Consultants specializes in permit expediting and building code consultation for commercial construction projects across New York, New Jersey, Long Island, Philadelphia, and Connecticut, with notable clients including AIG Global Corporate Services and BlackRock, Inc. Additionally, Domenick Chieco is the Founding Chairman of the New York Coalition of Code Consultants, a non-profit trade organization focused on helping members secure construction and development approvals. Domenick Chieco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, following completion of studies at Xavier High School.
