Martin Walker

Project Manager of Installs at Milsoft Utility Solutions

Martin Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Martin started their career as a Tele-Fundraiser at RuffaloCODY in 2004, working part-time while studying. In 2006, they joined the City of Abilene, Texas as a Public Safety Dispatcher and served in that role until 2011.

After that, Martin worked at the Betty Hardwick Center, first as an IDD Service Coordinator from 2011 to 2012, and then as a Human Resource Development & Credentialing Coordinator from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Martin joined WaveCreste as a Software Tester and stayed there until 2015. Martin then worked as an SSVF Veteran Specialist at the West Central Texas Council of Governments from 2015 to 2016.

Since 2016, Martin has been employed at Milsoft Utility Solutions. Initially, they worked as a Software Upgrade Coordinator and was later promoted to the position of Project Manager of Installs in May 2019, where they are responsible for creating and executing project plans for software deployment to customers.

Martin Walker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Abilene Christian University from 2003 to 2006. Martin then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development from the same university between 2009 and 2011. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Mediation in January 2011, although the institution that provided the certification is not specified.
