Luke Blackham possesses extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Milsom Hotels and Restaurants since July 2016. Throughout tenure at Milsom, Luke has progressed through various roles including Deputy General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and Bar Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Bar Supervisor at GREYFRIARS COLCHESTER LIMITED from June 2015 to July 2016. Luke holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Staffordshire, completed in June 2016.
