Michalis Viridis

Michalis Viridis is a seasoned professional in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as the Country Manager for Greece at Milsped since April 2024. Previously, Michalis held the position of Commercial & Business Development Director at ALPHA INTERMODAL from July 2020 to March 2024 and served as the Regional Representative for Europe in the Sales & Marketing department at COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited from September 2017 to October 2019, focusing on major shareholdings such as Piraeus Container Terminal. Michalis’s extensive experience includes a 17-year tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where roles ranged from Managing Director of Maersk Hellas SA to various managerial positions in sales, marketing, and customer service. Additionally, Michalis began a career in shipping operations at Medcargo D. Theodorikas Shipping S.A. Michalis holds an Executive MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Shipping & Transport from BCA College.
