Gang Liu

Gang (Michael) Liu is a seasoned computational biologist and data scientist currently serving as Principal Computational Biologist and Team Leader at Miltenyi Biotec since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Scientist, Computational Biologist and Data Scientist at Repertoire Immune Medicines, and Senior Scientist, Quantitative Pharmacologist at DILIsym Services. Liu has held positions such as Senior Staff Scientist at Reynolds American Inc. and Senior Informatics Scientist at PepsiCo Global R&D, alongside academic roles including Research Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo and Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. Liu earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and holds both an MS and BE in Chemical Engineering from Xiamen University.
