Michele Smith

Michele Smith, MS, CQA, currently serves as the Director of Quality Systems North America at Miltenyi Biotec since January 2023. Previously, Michele held the position of Associate Director of Quality Management at Lentigen Technology, Inc. from August 2018 to February 2023. Michele's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior CAPA Manager QA at Lonza and Associate Director of Audit & Inspection at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities encompassed GCP compliance, quality assurance, and operational support for investigations. Early career experience involves positions at MedImmune as QA Manager and QAD Supervisor, as well as at Baxter Bio Science as QA Associate II. Michele holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Howard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Lincoln University.
