Emily Cincotta

Emily Cincotta has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and organizations. Emily currently works at Milton Academy as the Director of Human Resources since July 2023. Prior to their current position, they were an Associate Director of Human Resources at Milton Academy from January 2018 to July 2023. Before joining Milton Academy, Emily worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as an HR Representative from June 2014 to January 2018. Emily also has previous experience at TASC, Inc., where they held the positions of HR Talent Manager from November 2011 to June 2014 and Technical Recruiter from December 2009 to November 2011. Emily began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Northrop Grumman - TASC from June 2006 to December 2009.

Emily Cincotta completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they obtained their MBA in HRM from Marymount University. Additionally, in January 2015, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
