Linnea Engstrom

Linnea Engstrom has extensive experience in education and leadership, currently serving as House Head at Milton Academy since August 2009, where responsibilities include creating a positive environment for students and faculty and developing student leadership. Engstrom also leads sustainability initiatives as the Sustainability Coordinator and teaches introductory Physics to 9th graders, utilizing inquiry-based learning methods. Additional roles at Milton Academy include New Faculty Mentor and Class Dean, focusing on faculty support and class identity development. Prior experience includes a faculty position at Millbrook School from September 2005 to June 2009. Linnea Engstrom holds a Master's Degree in Private School Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Dickinson College.
