Michelle Struba

Michelle Struba has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Michelle currently serves as the Associate Director of Administration for Facilities Services at Milton Academy since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant in 2020. Michelle also held managerial positions in human resources at Foxborough Regional Charter School, Maimonides School, and Boston Laser - Boston Eye Group. Michelle has a background in human resources and communications at North Atlantic States Carpenters Benefit Funds and served as the Director of Human Resources at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, Gloucester Public Schools, and Franciscan Children's.

Michelle Struba has studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Lesley University and Fashion Merchandising at Champlain College. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM CP certification from SHRM.
