Arvind Kaushal InstLM has a diverse work history that includes roles such as Branch Manager at Mann Countrywide, Head of Faculty (Mathematics) at TKAT - RSG, and Chair of Governors at Meadowfield School. Currently, Arvind serves as the Head of People Development & EDI at Milton Keynes College Group, focusing on creating a conducive environment for personal growth and development. Arvind Kaushal InstLM completed their O levels and A levels at Hastinsgbury Upper School from 1983 to 1988. Arvind then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial Design Marketing at Teesside University from 1988 to 1991. In 2019, they obtained the MCCT certification from the Chartered College of Teaching.
