Warfighter Exercise Storyline Manager, MilVets at MILVETS Systems Technology

Ann B. has a long and varied career, beginning with their enlistment in the US Army in 1986, where they achieved the rank of Major. Ann then worked as an Admissions Representative for the United States Military Academy, USAR, from 1994 to 2009. During this time, they also served as Head Swim Coach at Hanover High School from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Ann B. joined the Civil Air Patrol, where they held several roles, including Director of Education and Training, Virginia Wing, Female Leadership Mentoring Group Steering Committee, and Commander, Vermont Wing. In this role, they were responsible for the operational readiness, recruiting, training, and professional development of six squadrons and the 180 members of the Vermont Wing. Ann also served as Commander of the Lebanon Composite Squadron, where they developed training programs and increased cadet membership by 67% and senior membership by 31%. In 2016, Ann B. began working at Norwich University as Senior Associate Director of Recruitment and Leadership Programs, where they were responsible for developing markets and strategic initiatives to achieve long-term enrollment growth. Most recently, in 2021, Ann B. joined MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc., where they are currently working as Warfighter Exercise Storyline Manager.

Ann B. attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they earned a BS. Ann then went on to Emmanuel College (Boston) to receive an M. Ed. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
