Maxwell Schuerman

Maxwell Schuerman is an experienced culinary professional with a background spanning various roles in the food service industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Milwaukee Athletic Club since January 2022, Maxwell has progressed through positions including Cook II and Cook III. Previous experience includes working as a Food Expeditor and Pizza Cook at Explorium Brewpub from June 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities involved ensuring dishes met quality standards and were served promptly. Additionally, Maxwell worked as a Poll Worker for the City of Oak Creek from February 2016 to February 2021, carrying out essential duties during elections. Early experience includes a role as a Food Service Worker at The Rock Snowpark in 2018. Maxwell holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College, earned between 2020 and 2023, and graduated from Oak Creek High School in 2020.
