Kevin Babusiak

VP, Partnership Activation & Strategy at Milwaukee Brewers

Kevin Babusiak is currently the Vice President of Partnership Activation and Strategy for the Milwaukee Brewers. In this role, Kevin is responsible for the strategy and leadership of the partnership sales and activation team, managing the development of best-in-class platforms and sponsor activation programs for the Brewers and their partners, while serving as a member of the organization's leadership team.

Prior to joining the Brewers, Kevin spent seven years as an Adjunct Professor in Sport Agency Management at Indiana University. In this role, Kevin taught students about the various types, arrangements, operations, functions, and settings of sport management and marketing agencies. Other topics covered throughout the semester included sponsorship sales, strategy and activation, event management, amateur athletics, the in-game experience, international sport, cause marketing and more.

Before their time at Indiana University, Kevin spent two years as the Director of the Petty Family Foundation. In this role, Kevin was responsible for the strategy and leadership of the foundation.

Kevin has also spent time as a Consultant for Wasserman Media Group and as a Business Analyst for Computer Sciences Corporation.

Kevin began their career in the sports industry as an Event Manager for the Golf Channel. In this role, Kevin was responsible for managing golf events.

Kevin Babusiak attended Ohio University, where they received their MSA in Sports Administration. Kevin then attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they received their Bachelors in Sport Marketing & Management. Lastly, they attended Andrean High School.

The team that Kevin Babusiak works with is the Partnership Activation & Strategy team. This team is responsible for activating and executing partnerships with various brands and organizations.
