Grae Felion

Grae Felion possesses extensive experience in ticketing and patron services, currently serving as the Director of Special Event Ticketing at Milwaukee Bucks Inc. since July 2018, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Event Ticketing Specialist. Previous experience includes managing the box office and patron services at the Florentine Opera Company from January 2016 to January 2019, where Grae utilized Archtics and Ticketmaster for ticket sales. Other notable positions include ticket sales roles at BMO Harris Bradley Center and Summerfest, alongside various responsibilities at Gulfshore Playhouse and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in management, marketing, and customer service functions. Grae holds a BFA in Theatre Management and Promotions from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
