Jana Young

Jana Young is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Milwaukee Tool since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jana worked as an HR and Talent Acquisition Partner at EVERSANA from July 2019 to December 2022, contributing to HR strategies and programs for a workforce of over 1200 employees in a distribution and manufacturing environment. Jana also held leadership positions at Randstad as Partnership Director and at Spherion Staffing Services as Client Services Manager, where responsibilities included client relationship management and employee retention. Earlier career experiences include working as an OPM at Spherion from 2004 to 2012 and as a Human Resources and Training Specialist at Tennessee National Corporation from April 2000 to August 2004, focusing on job placement interviews and HRIS database management. Jana holds a BA in Business Education from Clark Atlanta University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
