Jessica Mailhot

Jessica Mailhot currently serves as the Collections Move Project Assistant at the Milwaukee Public Museum, where responsibilities include overseeing inventory, barcoding, and packing of natural and cultural collections, along with developing workflows and providing training. In a previous role as the Bridge Plan Project Assistant, Jessica assisted with the digital preparation of the history collection for digitization. Experience includes library circulation clerk positions in Pewaukee and Oak Creek, as well as a Vertebrate Zoology Collections Graduate Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Jessica managed database corrections and ethanol concentration testing. Early work involved internships focused on avian ecology and ecosystem research, contributing to significant conservation and digitization projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Museum and Field Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Vermont.
