David Silbaugh

David Silbaugh serves as the Talent Buyer and Production Supervisor for Summerfest, overseeing talent acquisition and producing the Emerging Artists Series while managing special projects and sponsor relations. Additionally, Silbaugh is an Advisory Board Member for FestForums, providing a platform for collaboration among festival producers across various industries. As a board member of Sing Me a Story, Silbaugh contributes to initiatives that turn children's stories into songs, enhancing the experiences of young patients. Past roles include A&R and Special Projects Consultant for GMR Marketing and Business Development Consultant for Clearwing Productions, showcasing expertise in artist relations and event production. Silbaugh has also held advisory positions with IMFCON and has been a key figure in various capacities at the Recording Academy, including Vice President of the Chicago Chapter.
