Ashley (Qualls) Baucco, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Ashley is currently serving as the VP of People Operations at MIM Software Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director at Embrace Pet Insurance from October 2014 to September 2021. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at LivingSocial from September 2011 to October 2014. Ashley also gained experience as an Associate Director at The Advisory Board Company from May 2008 to September 2011. Ashley began their career as an HR Assistant/HRIS Analyst at Cymer from July 2006 to February 2008 and previously worked as an Office Assistant at BR Surgical from August 2005 to March 2006.
