Ashley Schuett has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Most recently, they have been working at MIM Software Inc. as a Site Development Manager (Customer Success), where they collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists to standardize and automate pre-planning workflows for Radiation Oncology departments. Ashley develops long-term relationships with end-users and ensures engagement, adoption, and retention.
Prior to that, Ashley worked at Case Western Reserve University as a Greek House Director, contributing to data assessment projects within the Greek Life Office and working closely with fraternities to enhance the residents' experience through programs and mentorship.
Ashley also had an internship at APT Center, a VA Research Center, where they served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Here, they led design projects to enhance current therapeutic and rehabilitation devices for spinal cord injury patients.
Furthermore, they worked as a Design Engineering Co-op at Invacare Corporation, where they collaborated with a team to improve Post-Acute Care products through cost-saving initiatives and design improvements.
During their time at Kappa Alpha Theta - Eta Pi, Ashley held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer. In this position, they facilitated chapter development, planned social and sisterhood events, and ensured the safety of all members and guests.
Ashley also served as a Teaching Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, assisting with thermodynamics courses and an engineering department seminar on professional communication. Additionally, they were an Orientation Leader, orienting new students to the campus through educational sessions and activities.
In 2017, Ashley participated in the NIH Biomedical Summer Immersion Program, where they gained experience in biomedical design through projects and clinical shadowing. Ashley worked on redesigning battery circuitry for pulse-oximeters.
Lastly, Ashley spent several summers working at Billings Parks and Recreation as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. In addition to enforcing safety protocols, they taught swim lessons to children, developing standardized lesson plans for the instructors.

Ashley Schuett began their education in 2015 at Case Western Reserve University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ashley completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. Following their undergraduate degree, Ashley continued their education at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics. Ashley completed their master's program in 2020.
