Yolanda Sanchez

Yolanda Sanchez is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Mimacom Flowable Group since February 2020, focusing on national talent management initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, performance planning, career development, training, communication, and retention strategies while tracking KPIs and quality metrics. Prior to this role, Yolanda worked at VASS from July 2006 to January 2020 as Manager of People & Talent, implementing and monitoring talent management models through SuccessFactors to support ongoing professional growth and development.
