Alexander Mackey has extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Mimecast since August 2015. Previously, Alexander held various positions within the customer success team, including Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Mimecast, Alexander worked at The CCS Companies from January 2012 to August 2015 as a Technical Consultant and CRM Support Specialist, focusing on project management and technical support. Alexander began professional experience at UMass Dartmouth as a Social Media/Advertising Intern and a Print Shop Assistant during studies. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned in 2011.
