Janet Prosper

Janet Prosper is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in global HR leadership roles. Currently at Mimecast since February 2020, Janet has held various titles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and interim Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior experience includes significant HR positions at CareerBuilder, where Janet served as Senior Director and later as Director overseeing international and EMEA operations. Previous roles also encompass Senior HR Consultant and Business Partner positions at organizations including TIBCO Software Inc., Ciena, and Equifax, where Janet was Head of HR for the UK and Ireland. Janet Prosper holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster.
